Thermogenic Enhancers any good?

Howdy,
I have reached a plateau after embarking on a healthy eating plan coupled to cardio training at the gym. I went from 94 kgs to 84 kgs fairly quickly, but now seem to have hit a plateau and am now a tantalising 4 kgs off my target weight.
Would any of these thermogenic enhancers help at all or should I avoid them?
