What would you do?

I am so frustrated, I worked out a ton last week, wasn't perfect on my calorie goals going over here and there but not too bad, weighed myself yesterday (even though my weigh in day is today) and was 270.4 which mean I lost a few pounds for the week, I was so excited! But then this morning I get on and it says 273 I did have more sodium than normal and way over what MFP recommends yesterday and it's TOM any day now, so that is probably why there was such a big fluctuation. Should I record today's weight or yesterday's weight?

Weight loss is not linear. Take photos & measurements, too.
Average the two weights, log 271.7, then wait another week before weighing again.

That's a good idea, thank you! I know it's not linear, I just got excited to see the drop lol0

It is up to you but I certainly wouldn't worry about it. There is nothing wrong with weighting yourself everyday as long as you don't freak when the scale doesn't move or goes up the way I used to do many years ago. Your body goes through a lot of changes every day. As long as you understand it and give it time to do its job then you'll be fine. The scale will not account for all of the body changes. Unless the scale continues to go up over a long period of time then don't worry about its daily changes.
I weigh myself once a week (same day, same time, same scale, and same place on the floor).0
