Day 3 of new Diet

Hey guys,
I have been on my new high protein diet for roughly 3 days now, my target is to lower my overall fat percentage whilst gaining muscle.
Just wanted some other peoples opinions on my routine and see if there are any adjustments that people recommend.
My diary is open for viewing.
I'm fairly optimistic, just want to see some more definition really!
Also, I'm fairly new on here.. Feel free to add me!

You don't eat enough.
Edit to add: I'm a huge fan of squats and dead lifts for some basic glute and back work.0 -
