Lost 2% body fat, 8lbs in 4 weeks!

I'm so excited! I've been working out with a personal trainer these last four weeks and have dropped 8lbs (from 149 to 141) and 2% body fat. My body fat is 24.8%. My trainer wants me to be at 19% so just over 5% away. These sessions have been a good investment! My clothes have gotten really looser and I'm getting ready to buy some transition ones for fall/winter.I'm so ready to say goodbye 140's and hello 130s. By next summer I will be in my bikini! I'll post my before and after pics when I am down to my goal weight.

    I have a PT too and second the good investment sentiment. I don't think I could have come up with half the stuff he's had me do if I was doing it by myself. It's nice to have someone there telling you what a great job you're doing too :smile:
