Coming back to MFP

Hello everyone,

I have just recently started logging back in to MFP, with a different approach this time. I have started weight lifting and counting my macros instead of my calories. I am looking for friends that are doing something similar to me, which is If It Fits Your Macros. I need support in eating 80% healthy and 20% what I want, instead of being too restrictive and then binge eating.

Hope I can find some friends doing a similar lifestyle change, would love to motivate and be motivated :)

    I also am returning now. I lost 30 pounds about a year ago but I got lazy and gained a good amount of it back. I want to start eating healthy, but not restricting myself the foods that I love.
    I figure everything is okay in moderation, right?
