Hi,
I have been working out hard for a year and have significant difference in my body - except the bingo wings! I have biceps muscles now but i STILL have a 'hammock' underneath. I thought that after a year I would see SOME difference. Any tips?!!! Or success stories of getting rid of them?
Just for background - I was not very overweight when I started so it's not lose skin form losing weight. They have been there for a few years (only noticed them when I got to my mid 20's).

If it's loose skin, there's not much you can do apart from surgery. Lift heavy weights and hope for the best. Tricep exercises can help build the muscle...0
