    Last night I made Albondigas with vegetables. Albondigas is meatballs in spanish. They are kind of stewed with vegetables and a tomato based sauce. Can it eat just like that or with rice, beans or anything that you want.

    Pork stroganoff made with vegies, a little oyster sauce and 0% fat plain greek yoghurt... Yummy :smile:

    Or Salmon spaghetti with onion, mushrooms, spinach, light sweet chilli phili and greek yoghurt, also lush :smile:
