Hi, I'm 5ft 5 and weigh just under 12 and a half stone. I'm also a size 14 (UK). I know this is way too high for my height, so I'm looking to aim to lose 1.5lbs per week and I've already lost about 3lbs (in two weeks) - so I'm on track. Anyone want to divulge their weight and their tips to maintaining the shedding of the fat?

    Well I set a reasonable weekly weight loss goal (it was never over 1lb a week), logged and weigh everything that goes in my mouth (except my diet coke) and that's how I did it.

    So I don't lose muscle along with the fat I eat enough protien and lift heavy....pretty simple really.

    ETA: and I have maintained an average daily calorie goal of 1700 calories over the last 9 months and lost on average 3/4lb a week.
