This is my serious step to hopefully get my weight under control. Quit smoking...then packed on 30 lbs which I'm struggling to get rid of.

    This site really helps! I quit smoking a year and a half ago and I am currently waiting to having bariatric surgery. This site has helped me lose 10 lbs so far, only 5 to go. Good luck and don't give up! I know it's difficult, but stick with it. If you need help, just let me know! I'll be more than happy to listen...:)
