Hurt my foot jumping rope! Need suggestions!

I Busted my foot last night at the gym jumping rope. Ive been losing my inches with all cardio I do. I jump rope as well as the treadmill. Now with injury Im going to be set back at least a week. Is there any suggestions to what I can do while recovering from this injury. I really don't want to sit on my *kitten* all day if there's something i can do to keep me on course. I know recovery is important but, I hope theres other options I can do to keep me going forward rather then have this set me back?

    recommend you do resistance training all the time but if you dont already then now would be a good time to start while you recover. its low to no impact so it shouldn't bother your foot assuming you can walk.

    there are challenging dumbbell cardio routines out there on the internet if you want to keep the heart pumping.
