    for one workout is around 1400-1600 cals... which was about 1.5 hours

    2650 calories on a 4 hr/75 mile bike ride last June. :happy:

    Second best was a mountain bike race Aug 1; 2050 cals in 2h

    Probably looking at a PB this coming Monday as I'm going on an epic 5 hr mountain bike ride. That should be in the 3000-4000 cal range.

    1280 cals for 38 mins on an elliptical? You either got that number from the machine or a really bad HRM.
    Even if you weigh 300 lbs & maintain a heart rate of 190(highly unlikely) for those 38 mins you'll burn about 900 cals.:huh:

    wow, i barely break 250 for my treadmill run/walks. is there any way i can increase that number? i up my incline on the treadmill and put in my age and weight and that's as high as i get.

    Mine is 620 in about 45 minutes on the elliptical. This is according to the HR on the machine...so who knows....
