I saw them at the store. I was stunned that people were eating the stuff I used to put on a clay figurine as a kid! I wondered if they tasted like they looked? If it turns out to be a good thing you'd have the most unique garden of sheep, heads, dogs, rabbits and what all, of world's easiest to grow plants!
OMG!! I'd totally forgotten about Chia Pets! :happy: You're right, we did use to use them as kids.
Completely never ever put the two together. Chia seeds and chia pets are the same chia.

I use chia in baking and smoothies. If there's any appetite suppressing effect, it's small and not impressive for the calorie "cost."0
