Hi All,

I'm Mark, 33 from Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

I'm here to drop around 20-30 pounds, and tone up. I've got a fairly stocky wide shouldered rugby type physique but trying to get rid of the excess layer of fat to show some definition.

I'm outgoing, always up for chatting and support.

Looking for friends to join me along the MFP journey.
