30DS logging on MFP - help needed

Need a little advice please. Usually my only exercise in walking/hiking so I don't enter it on MFP as I have my Firbit flex linked. I just did 30 Day Shred - was going to leave it to fitbit, but it only logged 4 active minutes - I was working out full on for 20 mins - so not a great log.

Don't want to double up by logging on MFP but not sure what to do. I don't eat exercise cals back very often, but like them logged so I can see my daily and weekly deficit.

I'm 31 years old, 5'4" and currently weigh 199 pounds. According to my HRM, I will burn on average 157 calories on Level 1, 165 on Level 2, and 172 on Level 3. For the amount that I sweat, I thought it would be much higher! I usually compensate by doing cardio on my elliptical.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks for that, yeah i put it in at 150, so don't think it will be too far wrong. It's just a guide - wont be eating these back in case I get the figures wrong.

I log it as "circuit training" on MFP, but I don't log the minutes from the warm-up or cool-down. I figure my FitBit will get those few steps and that's good enough. I did level 1 today and logged 154 calories for 22 minutes of work.
