Over Sixty..Losing for my health

I am starting once again today with losing 30 lbs. my goal. I saw the Dr.last week for a checkup and I need to lose the weight to lower my blood pressure and to prevent me from becoming diabetic in the future. I know what I need to do, but it's so hard to stay motivated. I'm hoping to meet others who are struggling and we can encourage and motivate each other.
