Finding that Motivation!

So I've recently been lagging a bit. I completed a 28 day challenge via a PT at my gym and I did quite well in January/February. I lost 10lb and 9 inches over various bodyparts! Great right?

So after those 4 weeks, I had a week where I wasn't so strict, but still trained and ate relatively well but was slightly more relaxed. Well. That was the first week of February. And I've struggled to get back on the wagon since.

My OH is so motivated, he trains 5 times a week (plus) and eats really well and doesn't even think about it really.

He finds his motivation watching videos of Jeff Seid and Christian Guzman.. which, while they look great and clearly work very hard, isn't much motivation for me! I don't want to look like them (haha!)

So I've been looking for the equivalent for me... a female that weight trains, eats good (delicious and tasty) food, not just chicken and veg.. and has something interesting to say. I have to say, no luck so far after about 3 weeks of looking. I've found the odd video here and there from people like Jessica Gilmartin (www.jessicagilmartin.com and www.journey2bfit.com) and on the old Instagram machine (Paige Hathaway, Amanda Latona, and others).

Basically.. I want some visual aids to help me through! :)
