Sticky Notes...Sad

So I've kind of fell off the horse the past couple of weeks and daily go overboard on snacking (which I don't log). So today, I literally put sticky notes on everything I eat as a snack that say "No Snacking!". Plus I put one on my computer monitor so I'm constantly looking at it....I have 1550 calories a day, this should not be an issue!

    I love snacking, I normally plan 300-400 calorie meals and fill in the holes throughout the rest of the day with planned healthy snacks :)

    Sadly, I do as well and I still just keep on snacking :(

    For example, snack 1/4 cup of granola often turns in 1 cup or 1 1/2 cups.
