Hi all,
I'm Samantha. I'm new to this site. I'm 5'1" and weigh 233 pounds. I'm a size 18/20. My ultimate goal is to weigh between 125 and 135 and have a BMI within the healthy range. I'm not sure what clothing size that would be - maybe a 4/6? I've treated my body really poorly for almost 4 years now and I want to turn my life around. I want to be healthy, fit, and active as a *lifestyle*, not just while I'm losing weight.
I'm looking for people who are interested in keeping in touch on more of a daily basis (via text for example) in an effort to motivate each other, share ideas, successes, struggles, congratulate each other on workouts or healthy meals, staying within calorie limits, etc. I do better with consistent support and I'm happy to provide it as well!
