I am drawing a blank here. How do I figure out how weight loss figures in to body % loss.

if you mean body fat percentage, then you have to take measurements of your body.

%loss=100 * weight lost / original weight
Example: Starting Weight=200 lbs, Weight Lost=20 lbs
%loss = 100*20/200=2000/200=10%0 -
