Increasing Carbs, Decreasing Protein

I started out cutting carbs and processed food that's more like a scientific experiment. I feel sooooooooooo much energized and less of a lazy person. However, I increased my proteins and while I lost fat, I smell a lot like ammonia/bleach. I thought it was my feet or something! Lol! I've done research and found put that low carb, high protein "diets" can cause you to smell like this. It happens when I sweat like after walking or dancing or exercises I like and when I'm anxious which happens a lot so that's when I smell like ammonia/bleach. How can I increase carbs and lower protein but it seems like literally everything has protein. I know I shouldn't let something like smelling like success get in my way but it's hard. Any tips for this like carb only foods or covering up the smell or just feedback'd be nice. :)

Maybe just try moderation. Somewhere around 0.8g protein per pound bodyweight should be sufficient. Don't try to avoid foods with protein in them.
