Hi, I'm new to this and looking for some friends for support. My name's Louise, I'm a 28 year old mum of a little boy and in Ireland. I work in mental health and am at university training as a psychotherapist. Hoping to meet some nice people along my weight loss journey :)

    Bill here, I am not new, but have not added anyone and have not really used the forums until today. I follow a ketogenic diet and workout when I can. People tell me I am nice :) Feel free to add if ya want to.
