I need a schedule to do when I go to the gym .. I am going to start going tomorrow.. I am looking to lose belly fat right now..as well as tone a little bit.. I know building muscle is key to losing weight so I want to do both, but losing fat is the highest priority.
I want something I can print out and take to the gym and follow it. I used to have something a few years ago and cant remember where I found it.

There are many beginner programs on sites like bodybuilding.com. A lot of women like "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" book. Jamie Eason's Live fit is also another popular one. My personal favorite is the link above. Pretty basic.0 -
where do you go to find the print out? All of them look to be for major fitness or something lol0
