Gym Workout Plans

I need a schedule to do when I go to the gym .. I am going to start going tomorrow.. I am looking to lose belly fat right now..as well as tone a little bit.. I know building muscle is key to losing weight so I want to do both, but losing fat is the highest priority.

I want something I can print out and take to the gym and follow it. I used to have something a few years ago and cant remember where I found it.
