    I have received a few messages asking me if I had a weight loss surgery. So, I wanted to respond on here. I did NOT have surgery, I have lost the weight with changing my diet and exercising.

    you are an inspiration to every one.You are so right it is a slow suicide. I work in a pharmacy and have seen it for 25 years,but I have seen people just like you that have made a change and now are off their insulin,blood pressure & cholesterol medication .I am so proud of you and happy for you!!
