Hello Im a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic. Im 26 years old and love the outdoors. Im trying to drop 30 pounds and hopefully be taken off on my pills for my diabetes. Hoping to find some like minded individuals to help me along the way. please feel free to add and encourage me.
