Need some pointers with diet

Hi, I'm a relatively skinny guy looking for some help with my diet (trying to be healthy more than anything else.) Here is what I have thus far:

Breakfast
1 Banana
Oatmeal
V8 Drink

Lunch
Bread
Cheese stick
Greek yogurt
Salami* (I almost certainly will need to change this)
Carrot

Afternoon snack
Perfect Zone Bar
Greek Yogurt
Almonds
Apple

Dinner
Brown Rice
Cheese
Black Beans

I would prefer recommendations that take as little cooking as possible; my culinary skills are limited to boiling water, and pressing buttons on a microwave. :) Just some general suggestions would be appreciated.

    Follow what MFP gave you as a calorie goal. Weigh and log all of your food. No need to cut the salami out, just work it into your allotted calories. Oh, and you may need to learn how to do more than boil water lol I promise it isn't that hard... Good luck on your journey!
