T25 Exercise

Hello...just started doing the Shaun T - T25 challenge and does anyone know what his exercises are listed as in the "exercise' portion of entering your info. I'm trying to log the Cardio dvd I did today and then there will be about 5 others that I will have to log also but 'no results' keeps showing when I try to search for them on here. Any help would be appreciated...thanks!!!

    I did T25 alpha and beta. I used the aerobics High Impact as the exercise. It worked for me. Stick with t25. You will have a huge improvement in your cardio fitness. I went from a resting heart rate of 75 down to 60. I lost 17 lbs and many inches.

    I created my own custom cardio for the T25 and listed them each by name or you could just list as t25 it depends on how u want to log it.

  • codycsweet - I tried to enter my own but got stuck on how many calories to enter that were burned. how did you know how many to put in that field..that's where I'm stumped :(

    I do T25 and list it as vigorous aerobic exercise.

    I used a heart monitor (though a cheap one from canadian tire) and put the workouts at 200 calories burned for 30 minutes. . . some days it's more like 225 and some days it's more like 185 depending on how hard i push myself but i would rather undervalue my burn than overvalue it and eat back too many calories
