Question for those who drink over 10 cups of water a day

I've discovered that anytime I increase my water, it takes a couple of days for my body to catch up with the outflow. i try to stop drinking around 7:30 or 8pm also. If you're spreading it out throughout the day, it shouldn't be too much of a problem, but you do not want to OD on water. It is possible...
I usually can't do more than 10-12 eight ounce glasses in a day--unless i am exercising outside. Also, I only count water in my water count-- I know some people count anything that is clear (non-caffeinated) liquid. Moderation in all things is good!0 -
