help please!! protein fat carbs

ok i used the protein formula and what the formula says to have a day is different from what my settings say! has anyone personalizd their nutrtional intake! the formula i used was pdsX.36. it said if you stood on your feet a ;ot or was in weight training use pdsX.6. the intake was first 72 then 120 my settings said 69. i am at a lost. i want to make the best and the right choices! ant advice

    A lot of people have customized these settings, in fact I have also. If you do a lot of weight training the protein default setting is way too low, and is low for anyone in fact!
    Go ahead and change these in settings to fit your program.

    20-30% should be okay for the average person.
