Protein pancakes!

Ingredients
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter to spread on top= one heaper tsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp or cinnamon
Salt 1 tsp
1 egg
4 egg whites
1-1/2 scoops vanilla whey protein

Put everything except butter into bowl and mix, add water until mixture is as thick as you want.
Fry them up, add some butter ontop of each pancake to soften a bit.
Top with some sugar free maple syrup or fruit!

NUTRITION (rough count for 2 split small equal cakes or a large one) High calories but good for saturday morning cheat days remember you need protein 24/7/365!

    I made this one weekend only with banana protein powder and it was really good. Even my kids wanted to eat them up!
