good foods to add the extra calories?

Hi I'm finding hard to hit my calorie goal for the day my calorie intake for the day is 1200 know some might say thats not enough but thats what my MFP tells me, for me its good. I do my workout at night. When I log in my workout it adds back some my extra calories. What foods are good to snack on. I don't like to eat at night but I need the extra calories. I eat fruits and veggies throughtout the day as much a I can, but its still not enough. I want to do this right, I just need a little more. So my ? is what foods can I snack on?
