Ghengis Grill - Turkey, tofu, brown rice, w/ mixed veg & spi

I just added a Ghengis grill bowl to the foods list.
It is called "Ghengis Grill - Turkey, tofu, brown rice w/ mixed vegies and spices". :heart:
I used Ghengis' website to add all the nutritional info.

Here is what I put in the bowl: Turkey, Tofu, Granulated Garlic, Ginger, Black Pepper, Yellow Curry Salt, Crushed Red Pepper, Cilantro, Pico de Gallo, Squash & Zucchini, Spinach, Cabbage and Brown Rice.
It is a little spicy, :blushing: , but just omit the crushed red pepper if you prefer.

Also try the "Republic of Tea Pomegranate green tea" they have which is ZERO cal but tastes great! :drinker:

Ps. Eat only 1/2 the bowl ( you will be full ) remember to eat slowly and drink the tea (green tea is a natural appetite suppressant) and that will net you only 202 calories!!! Hooray. :happy:
