I've been off the boards for a while. I come back and it looks exactly the same.

Is Crossfit good?

SOMEONE has to have something new to say by now! Come on people-lets see some motivation! (And maybe use the search bar, but i digress)

I'll start:
I started Insanity again last week but ended up missing half the week because i tilled my garden instead. 30x72' with a 18" tiller. Then i made rows at about 17 minutes per row (my sunburn is sunburned). So this week im playing catch up (okay, yesterday i laid on my couch and ate nachos while i whined about bruising the palms of my hands. Shhhh.)

I still have a dozen rows to plant so im sure ill miss another few workouts.

Im trying to eat healthier and laughing. I have natures almost perfect food-eggs- in excess. We get three dozen a day from my hens. You would think i would know yummy ways to have them by now but all i have is poached, boiled, fried, and scrambled (and custard....and sponge cake....and meringue....). (Also-fritatta, quiche, and omlette are scrambled eggs in a particular shape.)

I got on the scale and learned that i outweigh my 5'11" husband by ten lbs (im 4'8"). Whoops.

My goal is to not have to buy new shorts this summer (also called: Kelsi needs to lose 20 lbs exclusively from her birthing hips). I mean, hooray for a big booty but can we maybe skip the bakery-sized muffin top? ;) (im going to throw in some Brazil Butt Lift too-last time i did it i could have served drinks off my butt).

And lastly-just to be SURE this post has never been done before:

Im not sure how many calories it burns, but chasing a baby chick around your room because your husband wasnt paying attention while you cleaned the brooder definately counts as cardio. Bonus points awarded for caching it BEFORE it poops.
