Starting Out Small!

Hi All,

I am starting out my journey by making small but meaningful changes. I've set a walking goal of 10,000 steps per day (up from around 4,500), and I am trying to track everything I eat. I'm not letting this stop me from eating what I love, but doing it smarter. I am using a FitBit Zip to track my steps (though it won't connect with MFP, I think it has to do with a firmware update that I need to replace the battery before I can complete). It helps that I recently adopted a rescue pup, so he and I do long walks before/after work. Feel free to add me if you would like!
