So I have not been doing so well for my Run Challenge this month. I have been incredibly lazy, not training and easy crappy for the last 6 days. This morning however I ran, but I've realized that its already the 6th of the Month and I have only run 4 miles!!! I'm gonna need to get my booty in gear if I'm gonna make my goal!!! Today's my new start! No indulging, and run, run, run!
