Day 2 of T25

I am currently on 2nd day and it is so hard and I thought I was average fitness. Has anyone got any tips on motivating themselves and believing they can do it?

Also I am not using the recipes but I am following the principles and eating clean and sticking to 1600/day.

Any help/tips/reviews would be great.

    Use the modifier moves if you find it too hard to start with.. they have a modifier in every video.. and it doesn't matter if you can't keep up just keep moving.

    I'm on my last week of Alpha. It may seem too hard in the beginning- just try to do your best for each move. Hang in there- it will get better as you progress.
