For those who have done p90x, does anyone know roughly how many calories they burn doing Plyo? My HRM is not working and I randomly did the workout today, but don't know how many calories I burned. It felt like a lot! :)

It's going to vary depending on your age, weight, and ability. It's not a standard number.

It will be different for everybody....depending on sex, weight, your lifestyle, heart rate and all that

Its different for different people. The heavier you are the more you will burn. Depends on your intensity and if you do low impact or do all moves at high impact. Naturally men burn more than women. I've burned anywhere from 500-800 calories doing Plyo. I get mad that I have done it with men that seem to be working the same intensity and weigh less than me and they can burn 1100 calories but this is a guy that goes hard with everything.

I don't remember what I burned but for now just log it under the cardio as High Impact aerobics! Should be darn close!

Thanks everyone! I know it differs depending on many factors, was just curious what others burned doing it. Regardless, it was a good workout and my butt and hamstrings are feeling it today! :)

It also depends how many times you have done it. I would suspect the first month I was doing plyo I was burning a lot more calories. Now that my body is used to the movements I would suspect that I am more efficient when performing then thus I would burn less calories.
