On My 2nd Day of Turbo Fire

Well like it says, I just finished day 2 and wow I got my *kitten* kicked. This routine is no joke.I just wanted to know if anyone had any insight for this program. My goal is to lose 75 lbs, I know it obviously won't happen within 90 days, more realistically in 9 months and I'm fine with that. My fitness level is low and I'm not a former athlete or anything so I find this to be challenging but doable at the same time. Any motivation or tips would be awesome. Thanks!
