Here's my Fast Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, lazy person's Tuna Casserole for One: can be made in the microwave if your pasta's already cooked!
1 cup cooked brown rice pasta
1/2 can tuna in water
1/4 cup frozen Peas
1Tbs Chipotle Veganaise
Mix all together over heat. Sprinkle some green onions on if you wish and enjoy!

Thanks for sharing. I am always looking for a new Dairy Free recipe. Do you heat it up or just add to cooked warm pasta?0

Either way! If I'm cooking the pasta, I will stir everything in on low heat once the pasta is cooked. If I already have leftover pasta, I just microwave it all in a bowl together and it comes out "creamy" and delicious. Have you ever used veganaise? I have only used the Chipotle kind as I've heard not so great things about the others but the Chipotle is my favorite for EVERYTHING, pasta sauces, sandwich/wrap spreads, veggie dip, salad dressings :drinker:0
