Curry?

So... I am making Green Curry Chicken with Fish Sauce and Red Curry Chicken with Onions for me and my boyfriend for dinner tonight. Please wish me luck and send advice, as I've never made dish like this before. I've had red and yellow and orange curries and really loved them, but never green. Or Fish Sauce.
