It's embarrassing to admit, but this thread is almost making me emotional! Such confidence, beauty, and inspiration. Love you all!
(Even though most of you have no idea who I am and I just creep/lurk )0 -

10lbs from first goal and 16lbs from Ultimate goal (currently doing t25, I spent my winter doing whatever I wanted) Hopefully it isn't too risque, it doesn't show anything but who knows here.
also @ minimuscles you're at my goal for body style. Hoping t25 gets me there, haven't even completed alpha yet so I have plenty of time!

In for flaunting! This is around a 6 year progress from 2008 - 2014. I was around 235 lbs at my heaviest (that I'm aware of I could have been more) estimating 40%+ body fat and then as low as ~137-140 @ around 7-8% at my lowest. The after pics are all within the last 1-6 months.

. It's a benchmark for me, a 405 Stiffleg deadlift when 3 months ago I was struggling to pull 225

It was only for one and that wiped the rest of my leg day off the schedule.. But sometimes you only need that one to get the rest!0
