I see a lot of fight on here about topics that should be common sense or taught in health classes.

The other day, I was given a bottle of slim fast at work. I'm not a huge fan of Slim Fast (too sweet tasting for me), so i stuck it in my fridge and forgot about it. I pulled it out today because i need to go grocery shopping and am lacking in protein and the amount of common sense on the bottle was astounding. I know Slim Fast isn't exactly a reliable source of info, but I feel like next time I see a fight about one of these topics, I should direct them to read a Slim Fast Bottle.

1) Do not lose more than 2 lbs per week after the first week. Rapid weight loss may cause health problems.
2) Do not use as a sole source of nutrition
3) Eat at least 1,200 calories a day
4) Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
5) Drink plenty of water
