    Congratulations! You got the message your body was sending. I work in a hospital. It amazes me how many people come in for expensive cardiac testing, pulmonary (breathing) testing, scans, etc. as part of a diagnosis. The part that I don't understand is the person with COPD who reeks of cigarette smoke getting a breathing test, or the stress test person who is over 300 pounds. God knows I'm far from perfect, but I'm trying. So happy for you that you have been so successful making such a huge, important change. Here's hoping I can join you!

    You are such an inspiration! How did you keep the determination to stick it out if you don't mind me asking? I am really struggling right now with staying on track and not sure what to do to get myself going again! I honestly hate the person I am right now.
