I have been working out a lot on my lower body. But I feel a lot of soreness in one leg but none in the other. Am I doing something wrong? Could it be I am not working them out equally? I don't want to look asymmetrical.

    What workouts are you doing?

Generally soreness is not a good indicator of a quality workout, but yes, it is weird to feel it on one side and not the other. You could be stronger on one side, most people are.

There's no way for us to say whether you're doing something wrong with just this info. You could favour one leg when you stand, walk, or work out, or you could just have strained one incorrectly one time, and it's taking time to heal. Keep an eye on your form at the gym, and try to keep your posture correct at all times - back straight, shoulders back, chin up. I don't think you're going to end up with one super beefed-up leg and one noodle leg, don't worry!

The workouts that I'm doing is the Brazil butt lift. Today was the high and tight. I used resistance bands and ankle weights. Same workout on each side. Maybe you're right. Need to watch my form.

I favor my right leg more than my left, especially when working out, mostly because knee problems are hereditary in my family and I started having issues young. It might be a little hard, but pay attention to how much you use each leg during the day and you can probably find out what is doing it.
