What are some simple foods that help your overall health?

For example: lemons. Many benefits of drinking lemon water (warm) in the morning.
Or even taking fish oil and/or coconut oil.
Green tea is another one.
What are some other, easy ideas you've heard?
ADD: Nope. Not about weight loss. Just simple things that help improve OVERALL health. What little things can help improve your overall diet? I'm sure their are more little "doctor secrets" out there? This is more a less something… fun?
Or even taking fish oil and/or coconut oil.

Don't get caught up on the little details. It's much more important to be at a healthy weight and hit macro and micro goals than it is to focus on "super foods"0

I always feel a bit virtuous when I eat something orange like sweet potatoes or carrots, a small amount and you blow your Vit A out of the water for the day. :drinker:
Another one, for me...greens of any type. I can just feel my health-o-meter going up when I eat them. :happy:0
