Down 56 pounds and still feel like a failure...

New to the forum.
I have plateaued for several months. I admit not working out enough each week (3 days,) but track all my food. I have been at 1650 calories a day for months. I don't eat any exercise calories back. I have around 12-13 pounds to my goal. I have cut 5% more in my body fat! but the scale just will not move. Can't yo yo anymore, it's just to exhausting.

Help.

Thank you

First, do you own a food scale? Second, 1650 calories isn't a lot of calories for a male.

But what is your height, weight, age and workout routine? And can you open your diary?

A 56 pound loss is not failure. Have you been eating at 1650 the whole time you were losing? Did you work out more before? What was your net while losing? Are you sure that you have only eaten 1650? Go back and look at your reports. I have had times when I thought I was eating lower than I was but because my calories vary so much from day to day my monthly or weekly average was higher than I thought.
