Can't figure out my activity level

So I am 31. 5'2 and currently 140 lbs. I work helping autistic children. I sit next to them and probably walk down the hall to other classes about 14 times a day throughout the 8 hours. Them I go home and cook dinner and unload dishwasher and do laundry. I've been on sedentary which had me at 1200 calories a day. If I put lightly active it has me at 1320. I just came off weight watchers and was unknowingly only eating 950 calories a day. I have been doing 1200 for about three weeks now and putting on and taking off the same pound since I occasionally go over calories with having family events lately. I usually only go over by about 100 but a few days a month by a lot. So I don't know if my lack of losing is caused by that extra 100 which would make the 1320 on lightly active a bad idea or if the lack of loss is from those 3 or 4 high calorie days and 1200 is too low. Thoughts?

I have a similar activity level as you most days. I put "lightly active" as I'm not quite in the work load of a carpenter or mailman. If I'm landscaping,doing a lot of heavy lifting, or remodeling I put "active". I change back and forth as I need to.0

I would say lightly active and not log any exercise.
How are you logging your cals? Are you weighing everything and using the side panels on packets accurately?0 -
Oh yeah. I am like a pro when it comes to tracking food lol I never eat back my workout calories earned either. When I go over my 1200 I just consider it as going over for the day, even if I have 200 workout calories earned.0

So I'm on sedentary and it has me at 1320 a day. I ate 1304 and didn't eat my workout calories back. That number felt ok yesterday so I'm gonna try the 1320.
I will see how it works over a few weeks!
