hey all!
i really don't know how to do this as this is my first time joining a fitness site! i'm 21 years old, 5'7" and 149lbs. i've been using the mfp calorie counter for the past 5 weeks but i haven't been seeing any results!
i'm thinking of going to the gym more (have done so for the past few days). i just really hope to find good advice and a great community here!
thanks!!!

Welcome! MFP is a great place to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Making friends on here is a good way to keep you accountable and motivated. Also friends with open diaries and profiles will help you see what's working for others. I enjoy supporting fellow MFP friends. I have sent you a friend request. Anyone feel free to add me!0

I've just started too! I am also ridiculously lazy when it comes to exercise - being surrounded by easter eggs doesn't help either! Hopefully I'll find the motivation to exercise, I'm thinking of doing the couch to 5k running thing?0
