ok, i did t25 in the fall and loved it. I was going to get gamma but waited as p90x3 was coming out... well i got x3 and i am just not as into it, no results as of yet and i`ve been doing it since the end of jan. a few interruptions along the way as i went on 2 trips... but still been pretty faithful doing it daily. I did clx before t25 and got nice results from that.... i was hoping x3 was going to do the same, but so far hasn`t. do you think gamma will be a better choice.... i am unsure what to do as my only goal is to lower my body fat and i need a program to follow or i give up and have no idea what to do, etc.... what are your thoughts, those of you that have done gamma...

haha, thx. ya i did a search last night and was reading up... I am just not finding x3 as fun nor am i getting results... so i think it might be time to move on. i loved t25 but never did the gamma part as i thought x3 was a better bang for your buck program. well if you are not looking forward to it, then it doesn't matter... I just don't know if gamma will resemble x3 more ? i got good results from clx and will go back to it but i don't want to keep doing the same program over and over...

Fair enough. Wonder if she'll bring out 30 minute ones. I think we're all getting used to that now. Body Revolution is a mixture of strength and cardio

    hello there

i just finished Body revolution last week and I'm doing T25 now
I think you would be more comfortable doing Jillian , is a mix of cardio and strength
that put me in a good shape for T25
