How can I wake myself early enough to exercise?

I just can't get up! I would like to wake up at 6:00 a.m. and get in 20 intense minutes of exercise. I can hardly wake up at 6:30 a.m. to get ready for work! I've tried different alarm clocks, moving my alarm clock to another room, going to bed earlier... agggh
Tips?
It might help to note I NEVER EVER EVER get a good amount of sleep each night.

Go to bed earlier.
Get up with your alarm.
Make it a priority.0 -
I am the same as you and what I would advise is to get up for a week with you 6am alarm regardless of how tired you are. It takes about 3/4 weeks for our bodies to adjust to new routines. After that you won't be as tired.0

If you have children, put the alarm clocks in their rooms... with instructions to come bounce on your bed when the alarm goes off.0
