Wow. I was just ragging on Lean Cuisine in a different thread, then today I grabbed one for lunch and it was good!

It was called "Honestly Good Lemongrass Salmon." It was tasty, reasonably filling, and didn't look too bad nutritionally: 320 cal, 9 g fat, 5 g fiber, 18 g protein, 440 mg sodium, 41 carbs.

Well okay, that's a lot of carbs, isn't it, but it doesn't look too bad for a frozen meal. Is it?

I think as an occasional meal, it's fine. How many ingredients are listed on the label that don't look like food? Or are things you can't pronounce?

I didn't even look at them, but here they are from the website. Unless they're hiding it really well, I don't see anything on there that sounds like it came from Dow Chemical.
